Your vehicle pickup and return checklist
A clear handover makes a rental easier to manage. Use this checklist when arranging a car or motorbike with Rent Brothers so important questions are settled before the trip.
Before the meeting
Send the model, rental dates, pickup and return times and a map pin. Ask which documents are needed, who may drive and how the deposit is paid. Conditions depend on the individual booking, so confirm them in advance.
At handover
Check that the vehicle and equipment match what was agreed. Inspect the bodywork, wheels, glass and supplied accessories with the representative. Photograph existing damage and make sure it is recorded in the handover document or messages.
Before setting off
Record the fuel or battery level. Confirm what to do if there is a breakdown or incident, the contact to use and the agreed insurance terms. Ask for a demonstration of any unfamiliar controls before leaving.
Before returning the vehicle
Agree the return point, time, required fuel or charge level and final inspection process. Ask when the deposit will be refunded and obtain confirmation that the rental has ended. If your plans change, contact the team before the agreed return time.
